Updates About the Blog

A few things about the blog, some updates. Please read through.

Just wanted to share my thoughts about tutorials. I definitely intend to upload some; problem is, though, I want the tutorials to be with photos, real and live. That's one problem. Not a big deal though. Another problem I'm having is, the bags I make are kind of complicated to those who are beginners, those who still need tutorials. The bags are a lot of work too, so the tutorials would be very long, and I'm not sure people will follow the whole thing from step one to the last. And I intend to keep the bag and then sell it once it's done, just like all my bags, so they have to be whole complicated processed and my style. I really want to have those tutorials at my blog, and I'm willing to work hard for you. But I need to know what you think before I'm doing it, if that would be worth it at all. So please leave me a message/comment wherever you want.

Another blog thing. I also plan on doing a recommendations section on bags. It might be parted into two sub-sections: promotion of bags that people will want to show off through my blog – that means you can start sending me URL's where your bags are posted or pictures, and information if you want. And second sub-section: bags I find on the net, mostly from deviantART, Etsy, Flicker. In this section I will also write what I like about the bags, and of course the promotion thing. This will promote both the bag sellers and my bags.
So anything bag related (any kind of bags, even wallets) you want people to see, please send it to me. You can also recommend on other's bags you found and liked.

Last thing, my latest bag I wanted you to see (if you haven't yet). Took very long time, but I'm a hard worker. So here it is:

This is what I wanted to share. If you have any questions, comments or you want to join in to the last part, please please leave me a comment, email, anything. Thanks, and have a great weekend!

Another thing (goes to my previous comment) - i don't believe that only beginners need tutorials.
i know quite a few very capable and qualified seamstress that use tutorials. it depends on the kind of tutorials...

Hi Daphna :)
I think that it would be wonderful if you posted some tutorials. Even if it'd be tedious and long, it'd be lovely to learn new tricks and ideas.
Personally, I'd love to have 1 of your full tutorials.
You can also publish mini-tutorials for special things. You know, like "How-to" section of little things.
Good luck :)
